OBC has built a safe environment where patients become self-directed by learning and using tools that contribute to their wellness and healing from life events.
We follow all HIPAA requirements to the fullest extent. We will NOT share your information without your consent to do so, except as required by law.
Peer Specialists already in recovery for there OUD, have a wealth of lived experiences they use, supporting current OBC patients in navigating their recovery and achieving their goals.
We work to dismantle misconceptions, confront discrimination and build understanding. Empowerment and full community participation are our ultimate goals.

What is Buprenorphine?
Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) is a medication to treat opioid use disorder. It promptly stops withdrawal symptoms and reduces opioid craving. It is long-acting, has a very low overdose risk and minimal euphoric effect, and helps support recovery.
What to Expect
First Visit
A Peer Recovery Coach will introduce you to the clinic and collect basic information.
At Every Visit:
You will meet with a medical provider who will help you get the most out of the medication. In most cases, you will be provided a short-term supply of medication, dispensed to you on-site. You can meet with a peer recovery coach, or set a time to meet outside of clinic hours.
On Return Visits:
Occasionally, urine testing will occur to confirm the presence of buprenorphine.
